Through body posture exercises and breathing control, our yoga classes can help you strengthen your muscles, improve your body flexibility, and balance. It can also help stretch your muscles, relax, and improve your mental health by reducing stress!

Time: 7.30-8.30pm
Price: Trial $100, single class $150, 4 class package $500

About Sharon Li 
Sharon started her yoga journey in 2017, with more than 15 years of dancing experience. She has completed her RYT 200, hammock dance, hoop, aerial yoga and wheel yoga training in 2021.
